Job summary

Perfact Group in Belgium seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead strategic purchasing for investment projects. You will select suppliers, analyze markets, and develop procurement strategies across multiple categories.

You will negotiate terms, manage contracts and budgets, monitor supplier performance with KPIs and SLAs, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across Europe, starting with Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economic, technical or industrial fields.
• At least five years of experience in strategic purchasing, procurement or project engineering.
• Affinity with industrial investment projects and technical installations.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations and purchasing strategies.
• Analytical, results-driven and communicative.
• Initiative and ability to work smoothly with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Good MS Office knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select suitable suppliers and subcontractors for investment projects.
• Analyze the market and identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for different product and service categories.
• Negotiate prices, contract terms, quality, lead times and service with suppliers.
• Manage and optimize contracts, budgets and framework agreements.
• Track supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs and adjust where needed.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across European countries, with an initial focus on Belgian investment projects.

• Je ondersteunt investeringsprojecten door geschikte leveranciers en onderaannemers te selecteren.
• Je analyseert de markt en identificeert opportuniteiten op het vlak van kostenbesparing, innovatie en risicobeheersing.
• Je ontwikkelt en implementeert aankoopstrategieën voor verschillende product- en dienstencategorieën.
• Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden, kwaliteit, levertermijnen en service.
• Je beheert en optimaliseert contracten, budgetten en raamovereenkomsten.
• Je volgt leveranciersprestaties op aan de hand van KPI's en SLA's en stuurt bij waar nodig.
• Je bewaakt de naleving van het aankoopbeleid en de geldende procedures.
• Je werkt samen met collega's en stakeholders in verschillende Europese landen, met een initiële focus op Belgische investeringsprojecten.
• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, technische of industriële richting.
• Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in strategische aankoop, procurement of project engineering.
• Je hebt affiniteit met industriële investeringsprojecten en technische installaties.
• Je hebt ervaring met leveranciersbeheer, contractonderhandelingen en aankoopstrategieën.
• Je bent analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en communicatief vaardig.
• Je neemt initiatief en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
