Job summary

Unique Office Waregem seeks a Junior Calculator for a construction company in Zingem. You will analyze plans, specifications and bill of quantities, prepare quantity takeoffs and cost calculations, and support tendering for construction projects.

Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een Junior Calculator voor een bouwbedrijf in Zingem.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.
• Je maakt hoeveelheidsberekeningen en kostprijscalculaties op.
• Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van offertes voor bouwprojecten.
• Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
• Je bespreekt haalbaarheid, budgetten en prijszettingen met werfleiders en projectverantwoordelijken.
• Je vergelijkt achteraf de werkelijke kosten met de oorspronkelijke calculaties om processen verder te optimaliseren.
