MSIG Europe is seeking a proactive Non‑IT Buyer to shape the Procurement function across Europe and be the main partner for third‑party engagements in Belgium and beyond.

In this international role, you will drive value, ensure compliance, optimize supplier relationships, and embed a high‑performing procurement culture while collaborating with colleagues across the region. Fluent English and French are a plus, with cross‑border exposure in a dynamic insurance environment.

• Procurement experience in regulated or international settings.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main procurement advisor for third‑party spend across MSIG Europe.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize existing contracts.
• Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, ethical, and CSR standards.
• Develop market insights and translate them into procurement solutions.
• Negotiate and implement robust supplier contracts and SLAs.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists and ensure timely renewals.
• Support best practices and help build a modern procurement function.
• Collaborate across Europe while working independently.

In this role, you will be the key partner for all third‑party engagements across all the countries MSIG Europe has a presence the region. You will drive commercial value, ensure compliance, optimize supplier relationships, and help embed a high‑performing Procurement culture.

What You’ll Do

• Support procurement best practices and contribute to building a modern, high‑value procurement function.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.
