As the Business & Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will develop, implement and maintain a robust approach to data quality and compliance. You will analyze the latest regulations affecting electronic payment institutions and ensure we meet all necessary reporting requirements (e.g. AMLA, CESOP, FICOBA, PCC, PSD3, SEPA).
As you settle in this role, you will build a strong understanding of our business, products, and the PSD3 framework, along with their impact on reporting. You will have a keen interest in the constantly evolving payment landscape and regulatory developments.
Eventually, you will take charge of analyzing data for various business reports and contribute in interpreting trends, predicting patterns, and improving existing processes.
The Business & Regulatory Reporting Analyst works as part of the MIS and regulatory reporting team. You will liaise with the whole organisation, whether as the source of data or as users of the reports produced by the team.
These responsibilities represent the core functions of the position and may evolve in line with business needs and role progression.
Internal: You will work in close collaboration with our departments in the UK (e.g. Data, MIS) and local teams in Brussels (e.g. AML, Operations, Data).
External: You would liaise with different competent authorities as The National Bank of Belgium or l’Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution, as well as other obliged stakeholders, including agents, third‑party suppliers, and different financial institutions.
