Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to own end-to-end restaurant activations, from technical setup to Go-Live. You will balance multiple activations, keeping partners supported and informed as you work closely with Sales to move the pipeline forward.

Fluency in French and Dutch with strong English is required. You will learn internal tools quickly, stay organized, and take ownership from day one to foster lasting partner relationships.

We are looking for someone to live our behaviors of Lead, Deliver, and Care. In this role, you won't just process activations - you will own them. You will be the master of the \"Go-Live\", managing end-to-end restaurant activations while acting as a key strategic partner to our Sales teams.

This role requires both the precision of an operator and the energy of a collaborator: the ability to juggle multiple activations simultaneously while keeping restaurant partners and Sales colleagues fully supported. These are some of the key components to the position:

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup and menu integration through to Go-Live, with speed and precision.


• Manage multiple restaurant onboardings simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across every activation.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for new restaurant partners during the onboarding journey, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and ready to receive their first orders.


• Partner directly with our Sales teams, providing administrative and strategic support that keeps the pipeline moving and partners primed for success.


• Participate actively in sales meetings and discussions, contributing insights on onboarding feasibility and partner readiness.


• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the activation process and propose improvements to increase onboarding speed and partner satisfaction.


• Act as the voice of the restaurant partner internally, ensuring their first experience with Just Eat Takeaway.com sets the tone for a long and successful relationship.
