Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in Business Banking / Corporate sales.
  • Extensive experience of Credit (Risk).
  • Proven track record in sales, incl. client acquisition / management.
  • Leadership and people management skills (10+ fte).
  • Financial acumen, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a must; French & English a nice to have.

Job Description

The Business Center Director West-Flanders will steer and develop the Relationship Advisory Team within West-Flanders, building relationships with top clients in the region to enhance the bank's position and increase market share. The strategic challenges involved are as follows:

  • Responsible for setting and achieving ambitious client & business growth targets for the region (new client acquisition, increase NPS, etc)
  • Implement omnichannel advice for all customers in the Relationship segment
  • Final responsibility for the clients in scope and P&L ownership for the Relationship segment in geographical area BC West-Flanders
  • People management: Inspire and motivate the commercial team
  • Safe & Compliant: responsible for delivery a safe and secure advice experience compliant with relevant internal & external rules & legislation
  • Collaboration: ensures optimal cross-segment corporation with stakeholders and departments
