Your mission

Quality Assistance is hiring a Business & Finance Controller to play a key role in guiding strategic decisions, ensuring financial data integrity and driving the continuous improvement in management processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • designing and maintaining cost models within the ERP system
  • developing insightful monitoring reports and dashboards
  • validating cost allocations and reviewing margins
  • optimising costs and assessing operational efficiency
  • collaborating with the Accounting Team Leader on budget preparation, follow-up and variance analysis
  • delivering monthly performance reports and business reviews
  • acting as a proactive financial partner for Sales, leadership, and internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Procurement, Operations) on cross-functional projects
  • providing clear, data-driven financial analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making
  • enhancing financial and accounting processes and contributing to digitalisation initiatives
Your profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 5 years’ experience in controlling, financial analysis or project finance
  • Solid understanding of cost modelling, margin analysis, and operational efficiency
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to challenge, advise, support senior leadership
  • Influencing and advisory skills to challenge and support senior leadership
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
  • Strong analytical skills
