Synergie Leuven Careers is seeking a Business Analyst for their client in Heverlee. The role focuses on managing IT and business transformation projects, driving process standardisation, and capturing requirements to deliver scalable business solutions.

The candidate will act as the liaison between ESO and IT/Business Systems teams, lead commercial initiatives, and support after-sales operational improvements. Experience in project management and process optimisation is required.

Responsabilités

• Project Management – Manage the portfolio of ESO IT and business transformation projects, covering prioritisation, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, budgeting and successful delivery
• Process Analysis – Identify opportunities for process standardisation, automation and digitalisation to enable scalable business growth
• Requirements Gathering – Develop functional requirements and specifications by translating the commercial and technical needs of business programmes
• Solution Design – Act as the business representative towards IT and Business Systems teams, ensuring solutions meet both current and future business requirements
• Commercial Management – Drive commercial initiatives including supplier management, contract negotiations, pricing and programme tracking
• Business Liaison – Serve as the key day-to-day link between ESO and operational IT and Business Systems teams
• After-Sales Operations – Support commercial and operational after-sales objectives by identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvement
