Job summary

IBA Group in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, is seeking a Business Analyst SAP to stabilise, optimise and develop our SAP S/4HANA logistics landscape. You will work with process owners, IT experts and SAP partners to translate business needs into effective solutions.

You will act as the functional contact for SAP logistics, drive fit-to-standard configurations, and coordinate with technical teams through testing, data migration and go-live. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, logistics, business management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Fluent in French and English. SAP Fiori, agile delivery and change management are assets.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one SAP logistics module listed above and experience deploying SAP logistics solutions in S/4HANA.

IBA develops proton therapy solutions and particle accelerator technologies that help diagnose and treat cancer. Following our migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, you will help shape logistics and supply chain processes in a global company.

Compensation package

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: [54,700 - 83,200]

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
