As an IGA Business Analyst, you help clients define what they need from their Identity Governance & Administration landscape. You connect business context, governance requirements and technical possibilities, making sure IGA solutions are not only well‑designed, but also understood, accepted and used.

What you'll do

You help clients shape IGA initiatives from business need to workable solution:

• Analyse business processes, identity security challenges and governance requirements
• Facilitate workshops with different stakeholders, such as business teams, IT teams, security teams and application owners.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, BPMN‑based process flows and functional designs.
• Help define lifecycle processes, access request flows, approval models and access review processes
• Support the design of role models, governance structures and policy frameworks
• Document current‑state and future‑state processes in a clear and practical way
• Work closely with IGA engineers and architects to make sure solutions are feasible and scalable
• Support clients during implementation, testing, adoption and continuous improvement

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IGA or Identity Security
• Understanding of core IGA concepts such as joiner‑mover‑leaver processes, RBAC, SoD, access reviews and approval workflows
• Ability to structure complex information and turn it into clear requirements
• Ability to challenge business stakeholders in a constructive way
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders
• Clear communication, asking the right questions and keeping discussions focused
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
