As a Business Analyst specializing in the HORECA sector, your role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Odoo as the first software solution on the market where entrepreneurs in restaurants, breweries, hotels and café's can benefit from an integrated system. You'll be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go‑to choice for HORECA businesses seeking to evolve and enhance their operational management.

• Implementing Odoo: Analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for restaurants, hotels, bars, and other establishments.
• Training: Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities as a HORECA Expert through specialized knowledge and continuous training both internally and externally.
• Product improvement: Your job has an impact! Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback. Be highly involved in the Odoo Experience, our annual event.
• Business development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to elevate Odoo's suite of apps reputation within the HORECA community. Participate in events such as Roadshows, Trade Fairs, Workshops, and Academies to showcase Odoo's advantages and capabilities.

You will be directly immersed in projects with the support of experienced colleagues, undergoing a few weeks onboarding in our Quickstart team in order to get to know the product by handling more diverse implementation projects such as HR, Marketing, Logistics, etc. When joining your final team, by consistently delivering exceptional value and service to HORECA businesses, you'll solidify Odoo's position as the preferred choice, ensuring that when restaurants, breweries, and points of sale think of management software, they think of Odoo.

Must Have 🎯

• At least 1 year experience in the HORECA Sector
• Fluency in French and English
• Have a valid work permit for Belgium
• Quick to learn and multitask
• Have good communication/negotiation skills
• Be independent, assertive and proactive
• Have affinity with the IT world
• Ability to move around Belgium

Nice to Have ✨

• Fluency in Dutch, Italian or Spanish
• Experience with RestoMax, Lightspeed, Tripleseat, Apicbase
• Experience with the implementation of a Management Software
