eXalt Belgium is seeking a trilingual Business Analyst focused on AI transformation to bridge business stakeholders with IT engineering teams. You will identify high-value AI use cases, translate them into structured requirements, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable competitive advantage.

In this role, you’ll lead workshops, map current processes, define user stories, and collaborate with Data/AI teams to assess feasibility of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in digitalization projects.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch; able to run workshops in all three.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document complex rules.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and strategy workshops with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Map As-Is processes and design To-Be AI-augmented workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for AI engineers.
• Collaborate with Data/AI teams to assess feasibility of use cases (RAG, LLMs).
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization based on business value and readiness.
• Define acceptance criteria and oversee UAT for AI outputs.

The Position: Bridging Business Value and AI Capability

Your mission is to identify high-value AI use cases, translate them into structured requirements, and ensure that the delivered solutions provide a measurable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points and high-impact AI/Automation opportunities.

• Process Engineering: Map “As-Is” processes and design “To-Be” AI-augmented workflows, focusing on operational efficiency.

• Requirement Structuring: Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, User Stories, and data specifications for AI Engineers.

• AI Value Assessment: Partner with Data/AI teams to evaluate the feasibility of use cases (RAG, LLMs, Predictive Analytics).

• Backlog & Stakeholder Management: Support Product Owners in prioritizing features based on business value and technical readiness.

• Quality & Acceptance: Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure AI model outputs meet business expectations.

• Communication Hub: Act as the “translator” between non-technical business leaders and technical AI pods.

Your Profile: The Multilingual Bridge

You are a structured, analytical professional who understands that AI is a tool to solve business problems, not just a trend.

The Essentials:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant in digitalization projects.

• Trilingual Skills: Excellent command of English, French, AND Dutch. Being able to navigate workshops in all three languages is a core requirement.

• AI Sensitivities: A strong interest or previous exposure to AI projects (Chatbots, Automation, Data Analytics, or GenAI).

• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to document complex business rules and data-driven processes.

• Methodology: Perfect command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate through various levels of stakeholders, from C-level to Developers.
