Corlutions zoekt een Business Analyst (junior of senior) in Gent om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren met Odoo en BI. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en het interne team, verzamelt eisen, maakt functionele specificaties en levert trainingen. Tijdens de inwerkperiode krijg je mentorship en ga je geleidelijk autonomie krijgen.

Je werkt aan verschillende domeinen zoals Accounting, POS, eCommerce, Manufacturing en BI. Een praktisch trainingsprogramma via Odoo is onderdeel van het eerste traject.

Qualifications

• Must have een Bachelor of Master’s degree.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is vereist.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Affiniteit met IT en interesse in Odoo/ERP/BI.
• Snel leren en een can-do-mentaliteit.

Responsabilités

• Projectimplementatie (80%): bouw vertrouwen, analyseer behoeften, documenteer vereisten, implementeer oplossingen, geef training en communiceer voortgang.
• Interne verbeteringen (20%): feedback aan het interne team, mentoring en training, suggesties voor verbetering.
• Vrijblijvend: ondersteuning van andere domeinen zoals marketing, HR en accounting.

What is a Business Analyst at Corlutions?

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to help our clients optimize their business processes through smart, well-implemented software — primarily Odoo and Business Intelligence. You'll gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide every project.

You'll work closely with clients to ensure optimal use of Odoo apps such as Accounting, Point of Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, Sales and more. By diving into your client's needs and processes, and providing personalized training, you'll become the go-to expert for their management solutions.

In your first weeks, you'll get comprehensive training before jumping into your first projects — always with the support of your mentor and colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gain autonomy too. Collaboration stays key throughout: you'll be in regular contact with clients, developers, and the internal team.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation (80%)

• Gain the trust of your customers
• Analyse needs, gather and document requirements, and suggest and implement solutions (configuration, development and testing)
• Provide training
• Follow-up and communication about ongoing tasks

Internal improvement (20%)

• Feedback to the internal team
• Mentoring and training
• Feedback for improvement

Profiel

Must Have

• Bachelor or Master's degree
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical mindset, with an interest in business analysis
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Affinity with the IT world, and interest in Odoo, ERP and Business Intelligence tools
• Learn fast and have a "Can Do" attitude

Nice to Have

• Background in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Civil Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Intelligence experience
• Fluent in French
• Experience across different domains (marketing, HR, accounting) is a plus
• Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS, SQL, programming)
