Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst for a 16-month project to support the development of new investment services and regulatory compliance across Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Securities Handling.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner and custody squad, define requirements for SRD II compliance, and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable deliverables. Start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• At least six years of business analysis experience in Securities Handling and related domains.
• Experience converting ideas into features through business analysis.
• Experience leading workshops.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business analysis and collaborate with the Product Owner and custody squad.
• Determine business and functional requirements for SRD II compliance.
• Perform impact analyses and detail business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements.
• Refine solutions with the Product Owner and estimate costs and business cases.
• Ensure that development teams have all the required information.
• Report regularly on progress at different levels within the tribe.
• Lead change activities, including launch, go-to-market, and IT release.
• Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, and Compliance.

We are looking for an Business Analyst for a 16-month project in Brussels. You will support the development of new investment services and their regulatory compliance across Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Securities Handling. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and the custody squad responsible for event and position management. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and collaborate with the Product Owner and custody squad.
• Determine business and functional requirements for SRD II compliance.
• Perform impact analyses and detail business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements.
• Refine solutions with the Product Owner and estimate costs and business cases.
• Ensure that development teams have all the required information.
• Report regularly on progress at different levels within the tribe.

• Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, and Compliance.

Must-Have Requirements

• You have at least six years of relevant experience covering business analysis and Securities Handling.
• You have knowledge of investment products and services.
• You have experience with Agile project management.
• You have experience converting ideas into features through business analysis.
• You have experience leading workshops.
• You have experience in Retail Banking and Private Banking.
