ENGINITY in Noord-Limburg zoekt een Building & Utilities Lead die de technische infrastructuur beheert en ontwikkelt. Je combineert people management met technische verantwoordelijkheid voor gebouwen, nutsvoorzieningen en HVAC, terwijl je bijdraagt aan compliance en continuïteit.

Je levert input bij investeringen en projecten, stuurt leveranciers aan en zorgt voor planning, kwaliteit en budgetbewaking. Je coached het team en zorgt voor heldere verantwoordelijkheden en samenwerking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Medior–senior background in Building & Utilities, Facility or engineering.
• Experience in regulated or high-tech production environments is a plus.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of change control, CAPAs and technical compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical infrastructure including buildings, utilities, HVAC and security.
• Manage maintenance, inspections and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate projects from scope to delivery with budget and schedule focus.
• Coach team members and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Project, Engineering and Operations on change controls.
