A key position within residential property management, this role involves ensuring the seamless daily operations of a portfolio of buildings. From maintaining technical equipment to managing tenant relationships and coordinating external contractors, this opportunity offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities.

Responsibilities
On-site duties
  • Conduct regular building inspections: monitor elevators, parking areas, gardens, laundry facilities, and more.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and quickly address technical issues, either directly or through external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire safety equipment, lighting, and other key infrastructure.
Administrative tasks
  • Request and compare supplier quotes, manage purchase orders, and track invoices.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, keeping records of all interventions.
  • Oversee insurance claims, from reporting to resolution.
Tenant relations
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants: handle concerns, resolve issues promptly, and manage move-in/out inspections.
  • Proactively communicate about ongoing works or disruptions to ensure transparency.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Your profile
  • Versatility: Able to manage a variety of tasks, from technical to administrative and interpersonal.
  • Organization: Skilled at prioritizing and managing schedules effectively.
  • Responsiveness: Quick to act and efficient in resolving urgent situations.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
