WLG is seeking a hands-on network professional to manage the Brussels enterprise network on-site. The role combines day-to-day operation and delivery of infrastructure projects from staging to migration, with Cisco ISE administration support.

You will diagnose incidents, configure routers/switches, and ensure security controls and SOPs are kept up-to-date while coordinating with internal teams and external providers. This is a full-time on-site assignment in Brussels through December 2026.

Qualifications

• First and second line support for the enterprise network incidents.
• Hands-on routing and switching with Cisco ISE familiarity.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second line support for the enterprise network, diagnosing and resolving incidents systematically.
• Building, changing and fixing the estate: routers and switches, the authentication layer, and everything that hangs off them.
• Monitor network performance, spot emerging issues and take corrective or preventive action.
• Support Cisco Identity Services Engine administration for client provisioning, moves, additions and changes.
• Perform routine operational maintenance: keeping configuration in order, taking backups, and checking the systems are healthy.
• Carrying network projects from kit preparation and staging, through testing and deployment, to migration and sign-off.
• Assist with security assessments, infrastructure validation and implementing mandatory security controls.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, technical documentation and configuration records.
• Identify and recommend practical improvements to process, performance and infrastructure.
• Liaise with internal teams, service lines and external providers.
