You will manage servers, user accounts, and security measures, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset, with at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computer networks and workstations.
• Provide end-user support and training on systems and security.
• Manage server systems, user accounts, and network security measures.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure backups and data integrity.
