Treatwell in Brussels is hiring for a field-based sales role focused on developing the Brussels territory by onboarding beauty professionals to our software. You will visit salons, often without appointments, to present Treatwell and close deals, managing everything from lead to signature.

The ideal candidate has B2B prospecting experience, a hunter mentality, and strong French and English communication skills. A valid driving license is required to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based B2B prospecting.
• Ability to manage sales opportunities from creation through closing.
• Organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
• Hunter mentality and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with French fluency.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English.
• Valid driving license (Category B).

Responsabilités

• Develop a geographic territory in Brussels and surrounding area and recruit beauty professionals to join Treatwell and use its software.
• Visit salons, often unannounced, to present Treatwell and close sales.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final signature.
• Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals via phone, online, CRM, social media, and field work.
• Secure meetings and independently manage opportunities through closing.
• Support and onboard partners after contract signing.
• Train partners to use the software before handing off to Account Managers.
• Enrich CRM data in Salesforce with relevant information.
• Monitor competitors and report field insights.
• Analyze performance to meet or exceed targets and boost team performance.
