Reynaers Aluminium in Duffel, Belgium, is seeking a Brand & Content Specialist to own brand and content strategy and drive market-focused campaigns. You will bridge Product Management and marketing to ensure launches are sharp and commercially relevant.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear messages, lead brand guidelines, and collaborate with global teams to align on messaging, with hybrid working options and a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of brand/content marketing experience.
• Proven experience translating product/tech into market narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Co-develop and steward Reynaers Aluminium's global brand strategy.
• Lead brand guidelines across teams and partners; guard brand identity.
• Develop brand campaigns and always-on storytelling initiatives.
• Own and manage the trade marketing assortment and POS across markets.
• Translate product roadmaps into compelling commercial campaigns.
• Define KPIs for brand and content performance; monitor results.
