Pauwels Consulting seeks a Clean Piping Engineer for a client in biotech/pharma in Belgium. You will design and maintain piping systems for clean utilities, ensuring GMP compliance and safe transport of fluids.

You'll validate designs, select materials, oversee installation, and prepare documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with a Bachelor’s degree and biotech/pharma piping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as piping engineer in biotech/pharma sector.
• Knowledge of ASME BPE and GMP regulations.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Validate designs and layouts for clean piping systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Select materials complying with industry and company standards to maintain system integrity.
• Ensure piping systems meet regulatory and safety standards, including GMP.
• Oversee installation and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct tests and validations to ensure the reliability and safety of the piping systems.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and validation or commissioning protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to integrate piping systems into overall project plans.
