Konvert HR NV zoekt een BIMcoördinator Gebouwen met ruime ervaring in bouwprojecten en BIMteams. Je coördineert disciplInemodellen, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en koppelt planning aan BIMmodellen. Je stuurt het modelleerteam aan en werkt nauw samen met interne teams, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers.

De rol vereist minstens 5 jaar bouwervaring, waaronder 2 jaar met BIMsoftware, en een master- of bachelordiploma. Er is ruimte voor groei via opleidings- en mentorschapstrajecten.

Qualifications

• Master- of Bachelor-level diploma with substantial experience in construction.
• Minimum 5 years in the construction sector, with at least 2 years using BIM software.
• Clear overview while paying attention to detail and practical execution.
• Strong spatial understanding and hands-on approach.
• Initiative, collaboration and knowledge sharing with teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate discipline and production models with the BIM manager.
• Perform quality checks on BIM models and run hard/soft clash detections.
• Link scheduling and project information to the BIM model.
• Lead the modeling team and support quantity and execution models.
• Create models when required and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients and other disciplines and ensure data flow.
• Generate graphical and alphanumeric information for execution and follow-up.
• Improve BIM processes within building projects.
