Brainbridge IT Staffing is seeking a Senior Data Engineer who will work closely with client teams to design, develop, test, and deliver components of their Data Platform.

You will contribute to platform evolution and support business squads by enabling high-quality, scalable data acquisition, transformation, governance, and data exposure capabilities across the data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data engineering and software development.
• Strong knowledge of data hubs, data lakes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Kafka, Spark and Airflow in data pipelines.

• Experience with Apache Kafka for data sourcing and event streaming.
• Experience with Java Spark for large‑scale data transformation and distributed processing.
• Experience with Apache Airflow as a job orchestration and workflow‑management tool for data pipelines.
