Talencia Consulting is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in Belgium to lead a BI team of about five professionals and drive the BI roadmap and data strategy. You will contribute to data governance, quality and management while reporting to the Head of Data.

The role combines leadership, hands-on BI delivery and strategic influence within a large Belgian organisation undergoing a Data & BI transformation. Fluency in Dutch and/or French with English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and SQL
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Architecture
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good knowledge of English

For one ou my close partner, I’m currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager position within a large Belgian organisation undergoing an important Data & BI transformation.

The role combines people management, BI strategy and hands-on involvement in the evolution of the organisation’s Data & BI landscape

• Lead and develop a team of BI professionals (circ. 5 people)
• Define and implement the BI roadmap and strategy
• Contribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management
• You will be directly reporting the the current Head of Data

Your profile :
