Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant to help organisations structure, analyse and leverage data for strategic decisions. You will design and deliver BI reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions across multiple projects for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable data models, and deploy BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik, while coaching end users to ensure lasting value and adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BI, Data Analytics or decision-support experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with strong English knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement BI solutions with a strong focus on UX/UI and storytelling.
• Model data, ensure data quality and transform datasets into actionable insights.
• Deploy BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik in modern data environments.
• Improve reporting processes and data governance for better decision making.
• Coach end-users and support adoption of new BI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT and Risk.
