Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Business Intelligence focused Business Analyst to translate BI needs into IT specifications. You will act as liaison between business engineering teams and the development team on BI projects and tracks.

The ideal candidate has a Master in Computer Sciences or equivalent, 2+ years in data and business analysis, and solid knowledge of BI tools like BO, SAS, Cognos. Fluency in French and English is required; travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in data and business analysis.
• Good knowledge of BI techniques and tools (BO, SAS, Cognos).
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Versatile and adaptable, able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally per client request.

Responsabilités

• Translate BI needs of business teams into IT specifications.
• Act as liaison between Business Engineering and Development teams.
• Define business specifications for BI needs.
• Participate in or manage BI projects and BI tracks within projects.
• Collaborate with data delivery experts to deliver BI solutions.
• Understand requirements and build functional analyses per BI reference architecture.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement BI solutions.
