Job summary

Talentwise is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to grow three brands across the Benelux from Bornem. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, drive lead generation, and engage B2B customers with locally tailored content.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of marketing experience, a bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, and fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus in Belgium/Luxembourg. Proficiency with GA, Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Canva, CRM, and email platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ideally 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience and a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. French is a strong asset, particularly for communication in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Experience or affinity with the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing contributes to B2B business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimize digital marketing campaigns across the Benelux, including websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising.
• Support SEO, SEA, LinkedIn advertising, digital lead generation and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
• Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search engines and generative platforms.
• Maintain consistent positioning and communication across three brands.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and digital content.
• Localize regional and international marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, international brand teams and external marketing partners.
• Work closely with Benelux sales teams to translate commercial priorities into marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and strengthen professional customer relationships.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, trade events and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs across brands and markets, translating campaign results into actionable recommendations.
• Follow digital marketing trends, competitor activity and developments in the automotive sector.
