Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Experience Specialist to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Benelux e-commerce platforms. You will work at the crossroads of e-commerce, digital performance, IT and customer experience, monitoring platform health, incident coordination and opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch with excellent linguistic quality.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-Business, Digital Marketing, Business IT or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, web operations or a comparable role.
• Good command of French and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into improvements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily performance and KPIs of Benelux e-commerce platforms and ensure a smooth online customer experience.
• Oversee payment and delivery processes and identify issues impacting satisfaction or conversion.
• Coordinate incidents with E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics and Project teams; manage stakeholders.
• Investigate root causes, propose corrective actions and drive process/tool improvements.
• Own Dutch-language Belgian webshop content quality, including translations and end-to-end journey.
• Analyze digital performance and user behavior to identify conversion and usability improvements.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests; translate insights into concrete optimizations.
• Support delivery of new digital functionalities from requirements through release validation.
• Prioritize e-commerce backlog with Group Project and IT teams.
• Collaborate with Benelux and Group teams on best practices and roadmap.
