Allianz Trade in Belux is seeking an experienced executive to oversee account management and sales for Surety & Guarantee across Benelux. You will drive commercial strategy, manage key client relationships, and lead a high-impact sales team in a complex, international environment.

You bring 10–15 years of relevant experience, with a track record of structuring large transactions and engaging at the C-level, plus fluency in Dutch and English and working knowledge of French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Economics, or Business.
• Proven risk analysis and writing high standard credit proposals.
• Experience driving change in organizations.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute commercial strategy across SME to Large Corporate clients.
• Grow premium income and diversify the opportunity pipeline.
• Lead the sales team for Allianz Trade Surety & Guarantee.
• Manage a portfolio of top NL companies with C-level contacts.
• Structure large, complex international transactions up to 25–125 million.
• Develop relationships with strategic partners and risk-sharing agreements.
• Report to GM, Allianz Trade Board and NL management.
• Active Deputy General Manager involvement in strategic projects.
