Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, seeks a Business Development professional to support the Antitrust & Trade Product Group in Brussels and wider Continental Europe. The role is hands-on, collaborating with BD teammates and partners to execute BD strategy and drive growth.

You will work with fee-earners and regional teams to identify opportunities, shape BD offerings, and deliver measurable outcomes across markets, while advancing the firm’s strategic objectives in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services business development (preferably in a law firm).
• Strong interest in and understanding of products relevant to this role.
• Sound commercial awareness of legal market development, particularly for product-led BD.
• Ability to develop advisory relationships with partners.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with lawyers at all seniority levels.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support BD and marketing plan implementation aligned with firm strategy.
• Track progress against plans and ROI.
• Conduct regional product and market research to inform decisions.
• Ensure output quality meets partner expectations.
• Help develop/shape BD product offerings and initiatives.
• Promote BD offerings within the product group and firm.
• Identify market trends and opportunities regionally and globally.
• Provide input into major pitches and capability statements.
• Assist with BD client events, sponsorships, and PR.
• Support thought leadership materials and directories submissions.
• Apply product knowledge to firmwide client programs.
