KOA Campgrounds is seeking a Bartender/Cook to deliver quality service by mixing drinks and preparing meals with a friendly, professional approach. You will verify ages, manage bar inventory, accept payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

The role requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards, strong customer service, and the ability to work with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

Qualificações

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their dining experience.
• Process drink orders accurately and mix beverages to standard recipes.
• Know menu items and offer recommendations to guests.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and kitchen areas.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare beverages according to mixing, portion control and presentation standards.
• Understand and communicate menu items, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Increase revenues through up-selling strategies and profitable ancillary income.
• Ensure outlets are sanitized, stocked, and set up at start of shift and during service.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with inventory and monthly reconciliations.
