Job summary

STUKcafé, located at STUK, seeks a motivated part-time bartender to join a diverse horeca team. You will work behind the bar, handle setup, service drinks, and support event logistics. You will also lead a small bar crew and assist with briefings and training.

The role requires a willingness to work evenings and weekends, with a minimum 16 hours per week. Aims include maintaining hygiene and delivering friendly customer service in a lively cultural venue.

Qualifications

• Part-time role (min 16 hours/week)
• Contract of definite duration (Sept 2026 – June 2027)
• Wage according to Horeca CAO PC 302 CAT V

Responsibilities

• Work behind the bar: pour, prepare hot and cold drinks, manage mise-en-place and cleanup.
• Lead and coordinate the bar team according to briefings and train new staff.
• Coordinate logistics for venue rental and events, including setup and teardown.
