An international tech-focused company is seeking a B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Dutch and English for a fully remote role. Responsibilities include conducting cold calls to engage business leads, applying business development methodologies, and driving revenue growth. B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Dutch & English) – Fully Remote

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Dutch and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Bulgaria, offering a stable salary and performance-based bonus.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Dutch (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
  • Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria) Relocation offered
  • Gross monthly salary: 4,300 BGN + bonus + benefits
  • Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN

  • Help to find the house, 10 days or more of apartment paid by the company and if needed anticipation of the first salary. We can easily find an apartment fully furnished of min 60sq/m from 200€ euro per month
