A recruitment agency is seeking a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with strong cold calling experience to join their team. This fully remote role requires fluency in French and English, along with at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech or digital solutions. You will run cold calling campaigns, generate leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English)

Remote | Based in Sofia
Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

We're looking for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with strong cold calling experience who enjoys opening doors, talking to decision-makers and turning first calls into real opportunities.

This role is for you if:

You have at least 2 years of hands-on cold calling experience
Youve worked in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS or digital solutions
You're confident handling objections and qualifying leads over the phone

Cold calling is a core part of this role. If outbound sales is where you perform best, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll be doing
  • Runcold calling campaigns targeting B2B clients
  • Generate, qualify and convert leads using structured sales methodologies
  • Identify business needs and position digital solutions accordingly
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Keep CRM data accurate and updated
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support conversions
What were looking for
  • French (C2 level mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience (non-negotiable)
  • B2B background, ideally in tech, SaaS or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes
  • Results-driven, resilient and confident communicator
  • Comfortable working remotely and owning your numbers
