Qualifications

Responsabilités

• You are the point of contact for professional B2B customers in the bathroom market.
• You actively maintain and expand the network of installers and points of sale.
• Provide product advice on wall coverings and translate customer questions into suitable solutions.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and guide customers through to order completion.
• Present creative solutions with attention to aesthetics, ease of installation, and sustainability.
• Build lasting customer relationships, support customers through every stage of the purchasing process, gather feedback, and align internally to improve service.
