ITproposal in Belgium is seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions. You will work in an Agile/SAFe data team with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines, integrating ERP/SaaS data, ensuring quality, security, and performance, and contributing to data platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure Data Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Python; PySpark, Spark, and SQL.
• Advanced experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure Storage, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Spark Structured Streaming and Delta Change Data Feed.
• Experience with Medallion Architecture and Kimball dimensional modelling.
• Knowledge of Azure Entra ID, Managed Identities, Service Principals, encryption, and network security.
• Experience integrating data from ERP/SaaS platforms and APIs is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain data products and data pipelines.
• Build data solutions for reporting and operational integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, asset management, and SaaS platforms.
• Implement efficient data flows, data modelling, security, and software-oriented data design.
• Analyze data with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to cloud data platform modernization and innovative data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
