Job summary

Kantar XTEL is hiring a Cloud and DevOps Engineer to advance automation, CI/CD, and cloud provisioning across Azure environments. You will work with IdPs like Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Okta, implement SSO/MFA, and help secure and optimize multi-cloud operations with a strong customer focus.

You will collaborate with database, analytics, and sysadmin teams, contributing to automation, monitoring, and performance improvements in a fast-growing AI-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in this role.
• Understanding of various DevOps tools for developing digital pipelines.
• Experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for computing environments.
• Capability of specifying, designing, and/or implementing system health, performance monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and Azure including Azure Kubernetes Services, Log Analytics, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage accounts, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid expertise with IdPs such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Identity, and Okta covering SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0.
• Experience managing user lifecycle, directory synchronization, and RBAC across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and GPOs.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Knowledge of SQL Server would be a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and web services stack.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, Python and Azure Foundry would be a plus.
• Experience with PIM and Conditional Access policies would be a plus.
• Knowledge of FinOps practices would be a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highly available, resilient, maintainable systems to support business growth.
• Develop automated provisioning solutions for applications and infrastructure; manage Azure cloud infra.
• Design and maintain IdP integrations including Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Okta.
• Manage SSO, federated identity, and MFA configurations across environments.
• Provide operational and system expertise to software delivery teams.
• Resolve issues reported via Service Desk systems.
• Optimize information access and server infrastructure performance and integrity.
• Maintain documentation such as server build docs and architecture diagrams.
• Develop corrective action plans and Root Cause Analysis documents.
• Drive automation for infrastructure operations and DevOps processes.
• Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operations tools using cutting-edge tech including AI.
• Ensure environments are monitored and issues resolved timely.
• Identify performance issues and implement tools to address them.
• Support customer-facing production, QA, and development environments.
• Report and manage risk in line with ISO 27001 controls.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
