CloudSisters in Destelbergen (Belgium) seeks an AWS DevOps Engineer to help build a platform for automated managed services and support client delivery. You will collaborate with developers to design scalable platforms and manage AWS environments.

Responsibilities include CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Ansible, containerization with EKS, automation, security best practices, and staying ahead on AWS developments. Hybrid work with 3 office days weekly.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
Demonstrated experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
Strong skills in CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild/Deploy/Pipeline).
Python scripting experience for automation.
Familiarity with Amazon EKS and container orchestration tools.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Collaborative attitude with ownership and autonomy.
Ability to balance long‑term development work with hands‑on client delivery.
Affinity for Azure.
Fluent Dutch language.
Able to work from office at least 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with developers to design and implement a scalable platform for managed services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation in AWS.
Set up and manage AWS environments for clients focusing on performance, reliability and security.
Deploy and manage containerized services using Amazon EKS.
Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of customer environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across AWS setups.
Ensure best practices for security and compliance are followed.
Stay updated on AWS and DevOps developments and integrate them into platforms and client solutions.
