Capgemini invites experienced AI/Cloud Architects to design and scale AI-powered solutions on AWS. You’ll translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures while guiding clients from strategy to implementation.

The role combines cloud architecture, ML platforms and governance to drive responsible AI adoption across industries. Leverage Bedrock and SageMaker, lead architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Cloud Solution Architect / AI Architect.
• Hands-on AWS cloud architecture including security, sizing and governance.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker) and IaC.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI and ML architectures on AWS from data to deployment.
• Architect generative AI solutions using Bedrock, including prompts and governance.
• Build ML platforms with SageMaker, covering training, tuning, deployment, and MLOps.
• Translate business needs into secure, cost-optimised AWS AI solutions.
• Advise on AI adoption, cloud migration, and pre-sales activities; lead PoCs and workshops.
• Stay updated on AWS AI innovations and coach junior staff.

YOUR ROLE

As an AWS AI Cloud Solution Architect, your role is to design, build and scale AI-powered solutions on Amazon Web Services. You act as a trusted advisor for both business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into secure, scalable and cost‑effective AI architectures on AWS.

You work at the intersection of cloud architecture, machine learning and generative AI, guiding clients from strategy to implementation while ensuring solutions are production-ready, responsible and aligned with enterprise standards.

You key responsibilities:

• Design end‑to‑end AI and machine learning architectures on AWS, from data ingestion and model development to deployment and integration with enterprise systems.
• Architect generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, including foundation model selection, prompt design, security, and governance.
• Define and build ML platforms and workflows with Amazon SageMaker, covering training, tuning, deployment, and MLOps.
• Translate business needs into well‑architected AWS AI solutions, aligned with security, compliance, and cost‑optimization best practices.
• Advise clients on AI adoption strategies, cloud migration, modernization, and responsible AI; lead PoCs, architecture workshops, and hackathons, and support pre‑sales activities.
• Stay current with AWS AI and cloud innovations, share knowledge within Capgemini, and coach junior architects and engineers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven experience as an Enterprise Cloud Solution Architect / AI Architect, owning solutions end‑to‑end and leading stakeholders from design through delivery.
• You have built strong hands‑on expertise in AWS cloud architecture (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS) and designing secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient solutions aligned with the AWS Well‑Architected Framework.
• You have practical experience with AWS AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock (generative AI), Amazon SageMaker (development, training, deployment, MLOps), and optionally services like Rekognition, Comprehend, Textract, or Kendra.
• You have a solid understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform); AWS certifications are a strong plus.
• You have a professional working proficiency in Dutch and English. French is considered an asset.
