TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Engineer to optimize lifecycle costs for our global aircraft fleet. The role focuses on managing day-to-day asset lifecycle activities and driving continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

You will review maintenance activities, organise warranty claims through OEM portals, maintain asset data, and coordinate across E&M, supplier management and procurement to improve utilization and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical thinker capable of absorbing large amounts of information quickly.
• Excellent business English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to plan and organize projects while coordinating between parties.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Review maintenance activities on airframes, landing gears, and engines to identify warranty claims and negotiate commercial support from suppliers and OEMs.
• Organize warranty claim submissions through OEM portals, implement end-to-end tracking across E&M departments and ensure claims are made before periods expire.
• Coordinate engineering input and report on costs claimed and open damages between E&M, Supplier Management and Procurement.
• Maintain Aircraft Asset information database as a single source of truth for all aircraft, landing gear and engine assets, and administer aircraft lease agreements in Contract Management System.
• Map and continuously improve administrative and operational processes across the wider airframe lifecycle management team.
• Support administration of technical and financial asset roadmaps, monitor lifecycle milestones and ensure complete collection of asset lifecycle cost data to improve utilisation and performance.
