Tsmg is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and validation of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe.

You will collaborate with senior technicians, AV operations leads, safety operators, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure correct calibration, and maintain compliance with operational procedures for reliable autonomous vehicle deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems or advanced hardware.
• Comfortable following structured software procedures and workflows.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering documentation.
• High attention to detail and procedural discipline.
• Good communication and collaboration across technical teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Investigate problems with cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, sensors, wiring, and hardware.
• Execute structured diagnostic procedures to identify root causes of SDS issues.
• Support advanced troubleshooting for faults impacting testing or robotaxi operations.
• Escalate complex cases with clear findings and documentation.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components.
• Verify software updates and perform system validation checks.
• Maintain records of software versions, configurations, updates, and validation results.
• Ensure SDS work follows safety and quality procedures.
