Tsmg is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems for robotaxi fleets in Europe. You will work with engineers, fleet operations, and depot teams to ensure SDS hardware and software perform reliably and safely.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluent English. Experience with ADAS, Linux, and CAN bus is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering docs.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Calibrate and validate sensors and SDS components after maintenance or updates.
• Provide on-site engineering & operations support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activity.
