Job summary

TotalEnergies in Brussels invites applications for a VIE focused on automating and transforming Supply Chain processes. You will develop automation tools in SAP, scripts to cut manual tasks, and data workflows while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, initial development/automation experience, and proficiency in Excel, Power Apps, Power Query, VBA, Python, with French C1 and English B2. Start date Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, CS, IS, Data Science or related field.
• Initial academic or professional experience in software development or process automation.
• French C1 level and English B2 level required.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate Supply Chain processes.
• Analyze business needs and propose automation solutions.
• Develop automation tools within SAP.
• Create scripts to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Design automated anomaly detection systems.
• Implement automated alerts and notification systems.
• Collect and structure data required for projects.
• Develop automated data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the department's digital transformation projects.
