Job summary

Agfa is seeking a Project Manager Automation to own end-to-end automation initiatives on the production floor. You’ll translate technical challenges into scalable hardware and software solutions, leading from concept to commissioning and ensuring adoption across teams.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and stay hands-on while managing projects. Fluency in Dutch and English is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automation or technical project roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with diagnosing malfunctions.
• Interest in hardware–software integration.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ownership mindset to drive projects forward.
• Good communicator and team player.
• On-site work capability.
