Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize highly automated pharmaceutical production facilities. You will drive technical improvements, oversee equipment updates, and manage NPIs to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with production and maintenance teams, perform root cause analysis, and lead major equipment integrations with internal and external partners while serving as the SPOC for a production domain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Solid technical background with the ability to work autonomously on complex challenges.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues or safety risks.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable technical solutions for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead the integration of new equipment and major system updates alongside internal and external partners.
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) from initial concept through to full operational completion.
• Serve as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a specific production domain.
• Facilitate project meetings to monitor process control and ensure continuous improvement.
