INEOS Inovyn is seeking an Automation Engineer at Jemeppe-sur-Sambre to lead a team of 6 programmers, design and program process control systems, and ensure ongoing development and maintenance of automated systems.

You will collaborate with Process Engineers on optimization, apply cybersecurity best practices, and contribute to site economic and environmental objectives. A Civil Engineering degree and programming interest are required, with fluency in French and English.

Our Automation department is looking for an Automation Engineer for the Jemeppe-sur-Sambre site.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of 6 programmers.
• Design and program process control systems.
• Ensure the development, maintenance and strategic vision of automated systems.
• Actively contribute to process optimization in collaboration with our Process Engineers.
• Apply cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Profile :

• Your hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong interest in programming.
• You have solid management skills.
• You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
• You are dynamic and able to work effectively a part of a team.
• Your pragmatic approach is strongly focused on continuous improvement. Your operational mindset and determination to identify the best solutions make you a technical reference, capable of recommending improvements and solutions aligned with the site's economic and environmental objectives.
• You are fluent in both French and English.

Conditions :

• Permanent employment contract with an attractive compensation and benefits package.
