You will lead financial audit engagements for a diverse client base, coach an audit team, and advise clients beyond the audit scope, with a focus on growth and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, ideally within international or consulting environment.
• Registered Auditor qualification is considered a strong asset.
• Strong technical audit knowledge combined with leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate financial audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of mid-sized and international clients.
• Manage, coach and develop an experienced audit team while acting as a technical point of reference.
• Act as a trusted advisor towards clients by providing insights, discussing findings and delivering tailored recommendations beyond the audit scope.
• Oversee engagement performance, audit budgets, reporting processes and stakeholder communication while ensuring high service standards.
• Contribute to the growth of the business through client relationship management, advisory initiatives and strategic projects.
