• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in pharma or life sciences.

• Lead PSTS integration planning and execution for acquisitions, licenses and divestitures.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable workstreams with owners and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure Day1 readiness and ongoing integration.
• Develop governance, risk frameworks, and executive reporting for PSTS programs.
