Circle K Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant for our fuel station. You’ll be a true all-rounder, stepping in wherever needed: unload deliveries, restock, bake pastries and prepare sandwiches, operate the cash register, keep the shop tidy and monitor food safety.

You’ll receive training, work flexible morning, daytime and evening shifts, and have the chance to gain experience at other stations. We value commitment and offer fair compensation with benefits like meal vouchers,

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Hands-on person willing to take responsibility.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Multitask well and stay accurate under pressure.
• Speak Dutch and assist customers in English or French.

What will you do?

As an Assistant, you are a true all-rounder and step in wherever needed:

• Unloading deliveries and restocking shelves
• Baking pastries and preparing freshly made sandwiches
• Operating the cash register and helping customers with a smile
• Keeping the shop and facilities clean and tidy
• Monitoring food safety standards
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting the Manager
• Taking responsibility in the Manager’s absence

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in a retail environment and are comfortable with administrative tasks
• You are a hands‑on person who is willing to take responsibility
• You are flexible: sometimes you’ll work early shifts, sometimes late shifts, on weekends and public holidays, either independent or as part of a team
• You can multitask and remain accurate, even when you’re busy
• You speak Dutch and are also comfortable helping customers in English or French
• A diploma is less important than your commitment and determination

• Salary according to Joint Committee 311 : between €2,414.01 gross and €2,709.23 gross , depending on relevant experience
