Circle K in Antwerpen zoekt een enthousiaste assistent voor ons tankstation. Je bent een echte duizendpoot die meewerkt in de shop, kassawerk doet en bijdraagt aan netheid en voedselveiligheid.

Je werkt met een variabel uurrooster, inclusief ochtend- en avonduren, en ondersteunt de Manager waar nodig. Ervaring in retail is welkom en talenkennis Nederlands plus Engels of Frans is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een winkelomgeving is vereist of gewenst.
• Verantwoordelijk en hands-on karakter, met initiatief.
• Flexibele inzetbaarheid, ook in weekenden en op feestdagen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands; Engels of Frans is een plus.

Tes missions

• Décharger les livraisons et remplir les rayons
• Cuire les viennoiseries et préparer des sandwiches frais
• Tenir la caisse et aider les clients avec le sourire
• Maintenir la boutique et les installations propres
• Suivi de l’hygiène alimentaire
• Effectuer des tâches administratives et soutenir le manager
• Assumer des responsabilités en son absence

Bref : tu es un(e) collaborateur(trice) dynamique qui agit et prend ses responsabilités.

Tu recevras toutes les formations nécessaires pour exercer ton rôle avec confiance et plaisir.

Ton profil

• Tu as de l’expérience en magasin et les tâches administratives te plaisent
• Tu es une personne de terrain et tu n’as pas peur de prendre des responsabilités
• Tu es à l'aise avec des horaires variés, en semaine comme le week-end, en journée comme en soirée. Tu sais travailler seul(e) ou en groupe
• Tu sais faire plusieurs choses en même temps et rester précis(e), même quand il y a de nombreux clients
• Tu parles français et te débrouilles en néerlandais ou en anglais pour accueillir et conseiller les clients.
• Ton diplôme compte moins que ton engagement et ta persévérance

What will you do?

• Unloading deliveries and restocking shelves
• Baking pastries and preparing freshly made sandwiches
• Operating the cash register and helping customers with a smile
• Keeping the shop and facilities clean and tidy
• Monitoring food safety standards
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting the Manager
• Taking responsibility in the Manager's absence

• You have experience in a retail environment and are comfortable with administrative tasks
• You are a hands‑on person who is willing to take responsibility
• You are flexible: sometimes you'll work early shifts, sometimes late shifts, on weekends and public holidays, either independently or as part of a team
• You can multitask and remain accurate, even when things get busy
• You speak Dutch and are also comfortable helping customers in English or French
• A diploma is less important than your commitment and determination
